Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Suresh Fashion Hub India, every product is carefully inspected, packed,
and dispatched after strict quality checks. Customers are advised to review all product details,
images, measurements, and policies carefully before placing an order.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Strict No Change-of-Mind Return Policy
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- If you do not like the product
- If you change your mind after placing the order
- If the product does not meet personal expectations, preferences, or styling choices
Our products include specialized trims, laces, fabrics, and custom-cut materials that are
not resellable once dispatched. Hence, all sales are final unless the product
qualifies under our defect or wrong-item policy.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed and shipped
- Once an order is processed, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
- Shipping confirmation is sent via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of order placement
- Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for refunds

Return / Replacement Policy (Valid Cases Only)
Returns or replacements are accepted strictly under the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defect, or
- Incorrect item shipped by us
Mandatory Proof Requirement
Customers must provide a continuous parcel opening video clearly showing:
- The sealed package
- The shipping label
- The product being opened and inspected
Without this video proof, no return, replacement, or refund request will be accepted.
Conditions
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
- Product images, video, and issue details must be shared
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unstitched, and in original packaging
- Return requests without prior approval will not be accepted
Resolution
- Free replacement if stock is available
- Alternate product if original item is unavailable
- Refund only if neither replacement nor alternate is possible
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products priced under Rs. 300
- Fabrics under 2 metres
- Custom orders and cut sequins
- Sale items / Daily Deal Drop products
- Choice-based or styling preference issues
Reverse Pickup Policy
- Available only for approved defect or wrong-item cases
- Order number must be mentioned while requesting return
- Pickup is arranged within 3–4 business days after approval
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Reverse pickup is unavailable for certain pin codes and outside India
If You Don’t Like the Product
We respect personal preferences, however, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges
based on liking, styling, or expectation mismatch.
Customers are strongly advised to:
- Review all product images carefully
- Read size, color, and material details
- Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering for clarification
Color & Description Disclaimer
All product specifications, colors, and dimensions are approximate. Variations may occur
due to lighting, screen resolution, or batch production. Such variations do not qualify
as defects or return reasons.
Final Authority Clause
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to management approval.
Suresh Fashion Hub India reserves the right to accept or reject any request
based on product condition, proof provided, and compliance with this policy.
